Das Atos Management hatte es den Altaktionäre ganz klar versprochen, dass der RS stattfindet, um zu verhindern dass Atos als Penny-Stock gehandelt wird. Dazu braucht es natürlich einen HV Beschluss, aber man wird sich danach nicht viel Zeit damit lassen dürfen, um sein Versprechen nicht zu brechen. Erstens: Kennst du überhaupt den Business Plan von Atos? Ich vermute mal nicht. 2. Liquidität und damit Zeit arbeitet für das Unternehmen, insbesondere wenn es Milliarden sind. 3. Hast du deinen Artikel überhaupt gelesen? da steht doch klar "meldet eine höher als erwartete Liquiditätsposition"- WEIL - das steht ganz unten- Kunden Ende 2024 ihre Rechnungen bezahlt haben, die sie erst im 2025 hätten zahlen sollen. Ergo: an der finanziellen Situation von Atos hat sich nichts geändert, nur kurzfristige Liquidität ist vorhanden
