Das Wichtigste hättest Du ja auch mal rauskopieren können, denn es sind genau die Closed Periods aufgeführt. Da wir uns auf die Halbjahreszahlen zu bewegen gelten die 30 Tage vorher. Es bleiben also nur noch gut 2 Wochen.
What are the Closed Periods?
Atos has defined the following Closed Periods:
• 6 weeks prior to the publication of annual financial results;
• 30 calendar days prior to the publication of half-yearly financial results;
• 15 calendar days prior to the publication of quarterly financial information.
Who is affected?
1. The following executives: members of the Atos Board of Directors; the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officers, where applicable; members of the Group Executive Committee (or any other management body that would replace the Group Executive Committee with the same prerogatives and role).

Könnte darauf hindeuten, dass CFG diesmal die Chance nutzen will bei niedrigen Kurs zu covern und daher den Kurs noch unten halten will. Ansonsten muss man sagen, CFM ist seite Oktober letzten Jahres mit teuer zu bezahlenden Shorts dabei und hat es jetzt schon x-mal es verpasst zu covern und höher wieder Short zu gehen, also gutes Geld über einen längeren Zeitraum verbraten. Das Ganze wirkt bei CFM sowieso nicht wie eine klassische Shortstrategie, um an fallenden Kursen zu verdienen, sondern eher wie eine Hedgestrategie mit Shorts für ein größere Long-Position eines anderen Investors, der dann jetzt wohl aufgestockt hätte.

Ich weiss nicht was hier immer mit Insiderkäufen komuniziert wird. Die haben alle schon einiges gekauft und PS für 9 Millionen. Und seine Aussage das er seine Aktien erhöhen will müssen sich überhaupt nicht auf Käufe vom Aktienmarkt beziehen. Dieses rumgeheule ist echt nervig.

Na falls es wirklich schwarze Zahlen werden und book to bill größer 1 dann wird man erst an diesem Punkt den erfolgreichen turn around schwarz auf weiß haben. Und wir sind investiert weil wir dran glauben :)
