oder müßte die Wandlung ebenfalls im Verhältnis 1:10000 herabgestuft werden? Mich stört der Punkt: "das Recht zum Bezug einer neuen Stammaktie pro Optionsschein" mindestens genau so wie der Punkt: "die bestimmten, teilnehmenden Gläubigern gemäß dem beschleunigten Sicherungsplan kostenlos zugeteilt wird"
