Hat Salle eigentlich irgendwo mal was von der Marge für 2026 gesagt? 2025 sollten wir ja knapp über 4% liegen. Hier waren aber noch etliche schwarze und rote Verträge dabei. Die wurden alle bis auf wenige gekillt oder nachverhandelt. Wir haben jetzt ca. 15K Leute weniger (Anfang 2025 78000, Ende 2025 63000). Das sind doch round about 675 Millionen Euro an Lohnkosten (45K pro MA).
Ja hat er im letzten Call: ...The guidance -- so yes, of course, the 10% margin, so 4% plus this year. Next year, there will be a big jump again, I would say we are -- and then, of course, it's more than -- between 4% and 10% you roughly more than -- so it's roughly 7%. We'll see if we go into what kind of guidance we're going to give next year, but there will be a jump for sure in the course of next year because of the results of the Genesis in '25 ... So yes, we're going to protect '26 margin. And when we're going to guide, in fact, in March, the guidance for me is almost a given. I'm not very skeptical on the EBIT, we're going to deliver, in fact, in the course '26...
