mir hat mal einer erklärt - es kaufen und verkaufen immer gleich viele! Ein Atospapier geht immer vom Verkäufer zum Käufer. Allerdings steigt man, wenn die Nachfrage höher ist, als das Angebot ;) Das meinst du glaub!

Na die "Flut" kommt: Liquidity at €1,736 million at the end of March. Wie im Call vom CFO erklärt: "..in the near future, where we are going to do the liquidity test. There is a bar at EUR 1.1 billion of liquidity. At the end of June, we are testing that on the forward-looking basis, meaning that the company will do our forecast internally, and the amounts which are above EUR 1.1 billion at the end of December, we will use them to reimburse, as a mandatory early repayment, the 1.5 lien tranche. That’s the first test. The second test is we take the liquidity position, the actual liquidity position at the end of December. Again, against the EUR 1.1 billion, the amounts coming from the M&A proceeds will be used to repay early the 1.5 lien capped at the amount which leaves us above the EUR 1.1 billion position."
Diese Grenze besteht übrigen aus der Mindestliquidität und der nicht abgerufenen "Dispo"-Kreditlinie von Atos. Alles darüber sollte man tunlichst in die Tilgung stecken. Denn 13% Nettomarge auf die getilgten Schulden sind im Moment noch viel besser als die 7% Marge aus dem operativen Geschäft. Sollte sich dann doch eine M&A Option bieten, kann man immer noch die Kreditlinie ausnutzen und bleibt somit strategisch flexibel.
Stand heute wären der Überschuß also fast 700 M € und es kommen noch ungefähr 200 M aus den Verkäufen dazu. Die 1,5L gibt es wohl zur Zeit günstiger als zur Ausgabe (<100%) während die 1L wohl drüber liegt. Ich vertraue aber, dass der CEO und der CFO rechnen können, und das Geld am effektivsten einsetzen.

Das stimmt so nicht ganz. Ich lese aus den Veröffentlichungen, dass Blackrock an SCOR SE zuerst über 5% meldet und in der zweiten Meldung, dass der Anteil knapp unter 5% reduziert wurde. Nur im Kleingedruckten taucht Atos auf. Diese Passage verstehe ich so, dass SCOR SE 11.281 Anteile an Atos SE hält. Und dieser Anteil ist in beiden Meldungen gleich.

Ja, aber zumindest mal ein Anfang und ein Schritt in die richtige Richtung. Die sollen Schulden abbauen, bevor wieder irgendwelche Käufe/Übernahmen gemacht werden, die wiederum extrem riskant, teuer, mühsam und von langer Dauer sind, bis es ein Return on Investment gibt.

Man muss auch dem (Atos)-Volk 'aufs Maul schauen und die Stimmung in der Fa. Analysierten. Hier ist noch 'Luft nach oben'. Lese viel von 'abgehobenen' mittleren Management. Kollegialität in der Basis mit Weitergabe von know-how an rekrutierte Trainees scheint sehr gut zu funktionieren. Praktikanten bringen sich mit neuen Kenntnissen ein etc. Das ist wohl Alles okay, außer dieser permanenten Angst um den eigenen Job, auch durch KI ( voll Blödsinn!!) Grade hier ist ein Umdenken (bzw. Ausdünnung) im mittleren MGT nötig, die Basis ist weiterhin voll motiviert.
PS: Vereinfacht auch das Organigram😁

ja - aber EBO, 62 Mille von 3000 Millionen (so in etwa Gesamtschulden in Mio) sind genau 2% getilgt. Ein Tropfen auf den heißen Stein!
