Anbei das Telefongespräch mit Brandon Wiseman von Cannabis Wheaton. Anmerkung die Unterhaltung wurde angenommen (während einer Autofahrt) und mit besten wissen zitiert. Frage 1) Der Erwerb der Firma "Broken Coast" durch "Aphria": Ist die Beziehung zwischen Cannabis Wheaton und Broken Coast aufgebrochen oder besteht sie noch? Antwort: Aphria kaufte Broken Coast und Cannabis Wheaton 10% der Anteile an Broken Coast, so dass sie Anteile an der Aphria-Aktie erhalten und vor kurzem eine große Liefervereinbarung mit Aphria bekannt gegeben haben. Frage 2) Es gibt eine Pressemitteilung, dass die Firma Harvest One, Ihr Streaming-Partner, die Zusammenarbeit mit Ihnen abgesagt hat. Können Sie mir bitte Ihre Position in diesem Fall sagen? Antwort: Es ist wahr, dass CW die Zusammenarbeit mit Harvest One abgesagt hat. Es war eine Absichtserklärung und kein verbindlicher Vertrag. Während einige Deals fallen, kommen neue Deals und das Unternehmen arbeitet vielleicht an einer neuen Deal-Liste. Frage 3) Inzwischen gab es eine Ankündigung, dass Century Financial eine Geschäftsverbindung mit FV Pharma abgeschlossen hat. Auch Sie haben in der Pressemitteilung vom 21.12.2017 angegeben, dass der Deal mit einer endgültigen Vereinbarung in etwa 45 Tagen abgeschlossen wird und es bis jetzt noch keine Aussage gibt ?! Besteht der Deal noch? Antwort: Der Deal läuft noch. Jetzt sind es 45 Tage. Das Unternehmen hat es noch nicht kommentiert. Wir haben Pressemitteilungen, aber es gibt keine Auswirkungen auf den FV Pharma Deal. Im Grunde geht der FV Pharma Deal voran und bleibt so wie er ist. Die neue Party, wie auch immer die Aktie genannt wurde, machte eine RTO mit FV Pharma, die öffentlich zugänglich ist und keine Verbindung zum Cannabis Wheaton Deal hat. Frage 4) Die Aktienverkäufe von Hugo Alves, Michael Lickver, Jeff Tung: Ich bitte um eine Aussage und mehr Transparenz in diesem Fall bitte. Antwort: Sie haben tatsächlich einige Aktien verkauft, das ist der Fall. Über die Gründe habe ich nichts zu sagen. Frage von uns: Sollten wir darüber besorgt sein? Antwort: Ich bin kein Makler oder Finanzberater. Sie als Anleger sollten entscheiden, ob es Sie betrifft oder nicht. Dann wirst du tun, was du tust. Sie müssen verstehen, dass sie sehr erfolgreich waren, als sie ihr Geschäft begannen, und Sie wissen, dass sie Familien und Ausbildungen haben, die sie anstreben. Sie haben ein paar Chips vom Tisch, aber ich habe keine offizielle Antwort, warum sie Aktien verkaufen. Ich hoffe, Sie als Investor verstehen das.

Frage 1) The acquisition of the company "Broken Coast" through "Aphria": Is the relationship between Cannabis Wheaton and Broken Coast broken up or still consisting? Answer: Aphria bought Broken Coast and Cannabis Wheaton own 10% of Equity in Broken Coast so they receive shares in Aphria stock and they also recently announced a big supply agreement with Aphria. Frage 2) There is a press release that the company Harvest One, your streaming partner, has canceled the cooperation with you. Could you please tell me your position in this case? Answer: It's true that CW canceled the cooperation with Harvest One. It was a letter of intent and not a binding contract. So as some deals drop off, new deals come forward and the company maybe working forward on a new list on deals. Frage 3) Meanwhile there was an announcement that Century Financial completed a business combination with FV Pharma. Also you stated in the press release from the 21.12.2017 that the deal will be completed with an final agreement in about 45 days and there is no statement till now?! Is the deal still existing? Answer: The deal is still on going. I now it it`s 45 days by now. The company has not yet commented on it. We have press releases but there is no implication with the FV Pharma Deal. So basically the FV Pharma Deal is moving forward and remains as it is. The new party, what ever simply the share was called, was doing a RTO with FV Pharma that takes in public and has no pairing to the Cannabis Wheaton Deal. Frage 4) The stock sales from Hugo Alves, Michael Lickver, Jeff Tung: I want to ask for an statement and more transperancy in this case please. Answer: They did sale some shares in fact, that is the case. So about the reasoning, I have nothing to comment on that. Frage von uns: Should we be concerned about it? Answer: I am not a broker or a financial advisor. You as an investor should decide if it is concerning you or not. Than you will do what you do. You have to understand, when they started their business they were very successful and you know they got families and educations they effort. They got some chips off the table but I have no official answer why they sale stocks. I hope you as an investor understand this.
