Man muß auch dazu sagen dass man inzwischen Tagesgeld von 3,7% gibt. Wenn man also nicht auf steigende Kurse setzen kann bleibt Bayer wohl kein gutes Invest die nächsten Jahre. Außer es wird wirklich die Abspaltung verkündet. Das wird in meinen Augen ein Gamechanger. Ich glaube nicht dass Bill das aussitzen kann. Er wurde einberufen weil die großen auch Druck auf Bayer ausüben. so zumindest mein Verständnis. Er muss also was tun
Ich habe mir das Transcript von gestern durchgelesen....verstehe ich das richtig....die Dividenden bleibt konstant auch wenn das Gesamtgeschaeftsjahr schlechter läuft? Oder hab ich dies falsch interpretiert? Hier die orginal Aussage vom CFO: "Let me also briefly comment on dividends. As you all know, we have a policy in place to pay out 30% to 40% of the core EPS for a year and the following year. I do not expect this year's free cash flow development to be a trend at all. And, I should, therefore -- it should, therefore, not impact our dividend policy. We currently expect core EPS in the range of EUR6.20 and EUR6.40 for the full year."
