Insolvenzverfahren steht vor dem Abschluss und ist für RC nur noch Formsache.....BBBY wird auf jeden Fall in den Fond von RC Ventures aufgenommen und die NOL's werden dadurch aktiviert, was zur Folge hat, dass die Aktien der Verwahrstelle wieder in unser Depot eingebucht werden! Es geht nicht mehr um "ob" sondern nur noch um "wann".....aber das stand ja schon länger fest.

Update in the 20230930-DK-Butterfly-1, Inc. v. Cohen case James Hunter filed a letter motion yesterday requesting a 3-week extension of the fact discovery cutoff from Jan 30 - Feb 20, 2026. BBBY subpoenaed JP Morgan Securities on Dec 29, 2025 for docs & a deposition related to specific 2022 defendant transactions (Feb 28, Mar 1, Aug 16, Aug 17). JPM can't fully comply by Jan 21 but says they can produce docs by Feb 6 and do the depo by Feb 20 if needed.
