Ja Berndt das ist korrekt: Den Plan hätte man bis zum 29.09. ändern können aber nicht mehr danach. After the Sept 29th effective date, the Plan cannot be changed. The language about substantial consummation being deemed to occur on the effective date was included in Docket 1429 to leave zero legal doubt that the Plan was final.
