To be clear it isn't a creditor bid. Nobody is offering to pay BB&B a single penny. It is a creditor claiming BB&B owes him $10B. Now most likely this will simply be dismissed but if it isn't that means BB&B is even MORE broke than it was before. There is no possible scenario where this is bullish except in ape fantasy land.
