Die UCC versäumte es, die NOLs zu nutzen, da es zu einem Eigentümerwechsel kam. Mit anderen Worten: Die NOLs blieben erhalten, jedoch nicht für UCC. 🤷‍♂️😎

Jetzt kommst du schon wieder mit den alten Geschichten. Es gibt doch mittlerweile neue und viel spannendere Geschichten als Gerichtsbeschlüsse, Gesetze und Aussagen von Personen (Richter) die wirklich was zu sagen haben.

Besser hätte man es nicht zusammenfassen können 👍😎 Es schmerzt die Aluhut Geschichten selbst zusammen zu fassen. Man stolpert da ständig über die kruden Inhalte und weiß selbst nicht mehr, ob man das jetzt absurd und weltfremd genug zusammengefasst hat.

Klar, dass die jetzt mit Eigentümerwechsel kommen 😂. Aus dem Docket wo erklärt wurde, dass die NOL für die Kreditoren wertlos sind.... Ratet mal.was am 29.09. passiert ist bzgl Eigentümer 😂
