Mal wieder ein krasser Absturz.... Den habe ich zum Teil erwartet.

Der größte Fehler in meinem Depot

Der größte Fehler ist, dass ihr alle viel zu nervös seid und sehr kurzfristig Gewinn erwartet. Langfristig denken. Wer hier schnell reich werden will ist fehl am Platz.

Und wer hier "langfristig reich werden" will, sollte bedenken, dass immer wieder neue Aktien ausgegeben werden, so lange das Unternehmen keine Erträge erwirtschaftet oder ausreichend Bodenschätze gefunden wurden, um einen Ankerinvestor zu begeistern. Also Verwässerung der Aktionäre. Wer zu früh einsteigt, kann daher auch finanzielle Nachteile erfahren. Wissen und Timing sind das A und O bei Explorern, so sehe ich das aus Erfahrung.

Verstehe nicht, als vor ein paar Wochen angeblich so vieles von den Untersuchungen der Proben abhing und als die Ergebnisse positiv waren bewegte sich die Aktie kaum.

Bedford Metals Closes First Tranche of Financing Bedford Metals Corp. has closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement of flow-through (FT) units. In connection with closing of the first tranche of the offering, the company issued 1,111,109 FT units, at a price of 90 cents per FT unit, for gross proceeds of $999,998. Following closing of the first tranche of the offering, the company has elected to increase the total size of the offering and now anticipates offering up to 3,333,333 FT units for gross proceeds of up to $3-million. Each FT unit consists of one common share of the company issued on a flow-through basis and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional non flow-through common share at a price of $1.10 until Oct. 31, 2025. Each FT share will qualify as a flow-through share within the meaning of Subsection 66(15) of the Income Tax Act (Canada). In connection with completion of the first tranche of the offering, the company issued 138,888 common shares and 111,110 warrants to GloRes Securities Inc., which assisted by introducing the subscribers to the offering. The company may pay additional finders' fees in connection with closing of further tranches of the offering. All securities issued in connection with the first tranche of the offering are subject to restrictions on resale until March 1, 2025, in accordance with applicable securities laws. Completion of further tranches of the offering remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. In addition to the offering, the company is also continuing to a conduct a non-brokered private placement of non-flow-through common shares under the listed issuer financing exemption, as previously announced on Oct. 15, 2024. Die Kanadier lesen hier bestimmt nicht mit. Die dürften näher an ihren Kanada-Butzen dran sein als jeder Börsianer in Deutschland. Und die kanadischen Shortseller haben leichtes Spiel.
