"BP is in talks to sell Lightsource, its solar power division, to a consortium backed by Kuwait’s sovereign wealth fund, according to a report from the Financial Times.
The consortium is a tie-up between Qualitas Energy and the infrastructure arm of the Kuwait Investment Authority, the FT report says.
Lightsource has some 4GW of capacity across various technologies, spread across 15 countries."
