Bei der Genehmigung des Spot ETF's hat er sich in Vorfeld auf das Risiko hingewiesen. Dieses mal mach mich der Hinweis auf die Gesetzeskonformität etwas stutzig. Oder ich interpretiere etwas falsch ? 🤔
