The SEC initially published, then seemingly deleted, an order approving the U.S.'s first spot bitcoin ETFs (exchange-traded funds) on Wednesday.
A 22-page PDF approving exchange 19b-4 filings went live on the SEC website shortly before 4:00 p.m. ET Wednesday, though the link later led to a 404 page. The SEC did not immediately respond to an email sent asking about the document. The document was intermittently available as of press time.

In Trade Republic steht: "10. Jan (Reuters) - Die US-Börsenaufsichtsbehörde hat 11 börsengehandelte Spot-Bitcoin-Fonds genehmigt, darunter die von Grayscale, Bitwise und Hashdex, wie sie am Mittwoch mitteilten.
Die Zulassung wäre ein Wendepunkt für Bitcoin, da sie institutionellen und privaten Anlegern ein Engagement in der größten Kryptowährung der Welt ermöglicht, ohne sie direkt zu halten, und einen wichtigen Impuls für die von einer Reihe von Skandalen heimgesuchte Kryptoindustrie darstellt."
