Darin wird Bitcoin endgültig als Rohstoff bezeichnet, von Gensler höchstpersönlich. Das finde ich die wichtigste Aussage in diesem Statement.

The SEC initially published, then seemingly deleted, an order approving the U.S.'s first spot bitcoin ETFs (exchange-traded funds) on Wednesday. A 22-page PDF approving exchange 19b-4 filings went live on the SEC website shortly before 4:00 p.m. ET Wednesday, though the link later led to a 404 page. The SEC did not immediately respond to an email sent asking about the document. The document was intermittently available as of press time.
