Super, die Dividende wird nicht garantiert. Saylor lehnte auch ab, seinen BTC-Bestand transparent offenzulegen. Niemand weiß wirklich, wie viel er nun gekauft hat oder nicht.

Strategy unveils proposed IPO of STRD stock
MicroStrategy Incorporated, doing business as Strategy, announced on Monday its intention to launch an initial public offering of 2.5 million shares of its 10.00% Series A Perpetual Stride Preferred (STRD) Stock.
"Strategy intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including the acquisition of bitcoin and for working capital," the company said in its statement.
"Holders of the STRD Stock will be entitled to receive non-cumulative dividends at a rate per annum equal to 10.00% on the stated amount (as defined below) thereof, out of funds legally available for their payment to the extent paid in cash, only when, as, and if declared by our board of directors or any duly authorized committee thereof," Strategy explained.
