BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) Targets Overseas Deliveries to Account for ~50% of Total Sales Overseas deliveries are expected to account for nearly half of BYD COMPANY (01211.HK)'s total sales in the future, said Stella Li, executive vice president at BYD, without giving a specific timetable. BYD sold about 3.6 million battery-electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles this year, with overseas sales targeting 500,000 units, or about 14% of total sales. In the first seven months of this year, BYD sold 270,000 vehicles overseas.
