Ojeh, ich dachte nur, es könnte interessant sein, wie andere ihr Portfolio zusammenstellen. Es wurde ja nach dem Prozentsatz im Portfolio für BYD gefragt. Nach jahrelanger Erfahrung hat sich bei mir eine Mischung von je 10% langfristig bewährt. Ich wollte keine Werbung für andere Aktien machen. Was hätte ich denn davon? Reiner Erfahrungsaustausch. Ich denke wir werden jetzt tatsächlich einen weiteren Anstieg sehen und auf 22 € gehen . Bin seit 7€ dabei und damals mit nen mittleren 6 stelligen Betrag rein . Hab’s bis heute laufen lassen und bleibe noch 5 Jahre. Das gleich hab ich mit Nio bei 2,70 € gemacht und bleibe auch drin egal was kommt! Ich bin von den Aktien überzeugt. Byd ist halt schwerfälliger und nicht in den USA gelistet. Stay Long be Hard 🤗

POLL RESULTS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF THE COMPANY HELD ON 10 DECEMBER 2020 The Board is pleased to announce that the resolution set out in the EGM Notice was duly passed by way of poll at the EGM held on 10 December 2020. References are made to the circular of the Company (the “Circular”) and the notice of extraordinary general meeting (the “EGM”) of the Company both dated 20 November 2020 (the “EGM Notice”). The Board is pleased to announce the results of voting taken by way of poll at the EGM pursuant to Rule 13.39(5) of the Listing Rules. Unless otherwise specified, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular. RESULTS OF THE EGM The EGM was held at the Company’s Conference Room at No. 3009, BYD Road, Pingshan District, Shenzhen, the PRC on Thursday, 10 December 2020 at 10:00 a.m.. The number of issued Shares as at the date of the EGM was 2,728,142,855 Shares, comprising 1,813,142,855 A Shares and 915,000,000 H Shares. Ms. Zhou Ya-lin, being the chairman of the board of directors of BYD Auto Finance Company Limited, was interested in 293,200 A Shares in the Company. As Ms. Zhou Ya-lin had abstained from voting on the resolution at the EGM, the total number of Shares entitling Shareholders to attend and vote for or against the resolution proposed at the EGM was 2,727,849,655 Shares, comprising 1,812,849,655 A Shares and 915,000,000 H Shares. There were no Shares entitling the Shareholders to attend and abstain from voting in favour at the EGM as set out in Rule 13.40 of the Listing Rules. 1 Set out below are the poll results in respect of the resolution proposed at the EGM: SPECIAL RESOLUTION To consider and approve the increase of shareholders’ deposits limit by the Company. Bin jeweils zu 10% investiert in Alfen, BP, BYD, Ganfeng, Jinkosolar, Livent, Microsoft, Solaredge und Vestas. Bis jetzt ziemlich zufrieden.

Denke ich weniger. Wenn der Kurs bekannt gegeben wird, zudem die Aktien ausgegeben werden, könnte es den Kurs nochmal drücken. Und dieser Gedanke der Anleger bremst aktuell.
