Es wird abgestimmt, ob die Aktien gesplittet werden sollen, das heisst beispiel wenn du 1000 aktien für 20 euro besitzt, würde nachher der kurs auf 10 Euro stehen und du besitzt 2000 Aktien, und das ohne Verwässerung.

CANOPY GROWTH CORPORATION NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting (the “Meeting”) of the shareholders (collectively, the “Shareholders” or individually, a “Shareholder”) of Canopy Growth Corporation (the “Corporation”) will be held at Smiths Falls Memorial Community Centre, Community Hall, 2nd Floor, 71 Cornelia St. W., Smiths Falls, Ontario, K7A 2H7 on July 30th, 2018 at the hour of 10:00 AM (Eastern time) for the following purposes: 1. to consider, and, if deemed advisable, pass an ordinary resolution, the full text of which is set out in Schedule “A” to the accompanying Management Information Circular (the “Circular”), ratifying, confirming, and approving certain amendments to the Corporation’s omnibus incentive plan (a copy of the proposed Amended and Restated Omnibus Incentive Plan is set out in Schedule “B” to the Circular), as more fully described in the section of the Circular entitled “Particulars of Matters to be Acted Upon – 1. Omnibus Incentive Plan”; and 2. to consider, and, if deemed advisable, pass a special resolution, the full text of which is set out in Schedule “C” to the Circular, amending the Corporation’s Articles of Incorporation to divide the number of issued and outstanding common shares of the Corporation on the basis of a range between two-for-one and three-for-one, at the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, as more fully described in the section of the Circular entitled “Particulars of Matters to be Acted Upon – 2. Stock Split”. The Corporation is sending meeting-related materials to non-registered Shareholders (“Beneficial Shareholders”) using Notice and Access. Notice and Access is a set of rules for reducing the volume of materials that must be physically mailed to Shareholders by posting the information circular and additional materials online. The decision was made to use Notice and Access for delivery of materials to Shareholders, given the large number of Beneficial Shareholders. Notice and Access is more environmental friendly and allows for substantial savings in printing and postage can be achieved by electronic delivery. Shareholders are requested to vote via the internet, telephone or complete, sign and return such form of proxy or voting instruction form, as applicable. In order for a registered Shareholder to be represented by proxy at the Meeting, the Shareholder must complete and submit the enclosed form of proxy or other appropriate form of proxy. Completed forms of proxy must be received by Computershare Investor Services Inc., the transfer agent of the Corporation, at 100 University Ave., 8th Floor, Toronto, Ontario M5J 2Y1 attention Proxy Department in the enclosed envelope, not later than 10:00 a.m. (Eastern time) on July 26, 2018. Late proxies may be accepted or rejected by the Chairman of the meeting in his sole discretion; the Chairman is under no obligation to accept or reject any particular late proxy. If you are a Beneficial Shareholder, your package includes a notice-and-access notification and a voting instruction form. The notification included in the package will contain information on how to obtain electronic and paper copies of the Meeting Materials in advance of the Meeting. The voting instruction form contains instructions on how to complete the form, where to return it to and the deadline for returning it. Your Intermediary, its agent or its nominee can only vote your shares of the Company if they have received proper voting instructions from you. It is important to read and follow the instructions on the voting instruction form in order to have your vote count.

@Hallopaul Nun vermutlich da man sein Kapital dass man eingesetzt hat für eine gewisse Zeit gebunden hat und dadurch weniger geld zum trafen zur Verfügung hat. Da nimmt man lieber paar euro in Kauf und versucht die durch weitere Trades wieder gut zu machen. (Bin kein Experte aber ist für mich die sinnvollste Erklärung)

Hallo, ich hab zwar grade keine Frage zu canop, sondern zum (forex) traden und möchte wissen, aus welchem Grund man bei einem trade einen Verlust nicht aussitzen sollte, weil der Kurs "eh irgendwann steigt" Danke für eure Hilfe

sag blos du fruchtputzer... jetzt überleg doch mal wieviele leute betroffen sind und dann sollen nur 1000 nötig sein? schaut euch mal andere Petitionen an, da braucht man zum teil >100.000 unterschriften, je nach Ausmaß...

ne, weil es: 1. soweiso hinfällig ist und 2. warum nur 1000 unterschriften gesammelt werden sollen macht auch kein sinn. da hat man ja auf einer gesamtschule mehr stimmen bei einer schülersprecherwahl.

Schade, ich dachte über 27 Euro schaffen wir uns zu halten.

Aber eine Änderung der Liste gibt es nicht wie im Text dort beschrieben Liste ist noch vom 22.06. (mit canop.!)
