Wenn ich das richtig verstehe soll das Management Board zur Ausgabe neuer Aktien berechtigt werden. Könnte positiv sein, wenn Carbios statt eine teuren Fremdfinanzierung die Ausgabe neuer Aktien präferiert und diese erfolgreich platziert werden.
