aus meiner beruflichen Erfahrung heraus habe ich aber leider zu 99% gesehen das jeder meint er kann von der Firma fordern aber er selbst wird angeblich von der Firma überfordert. Ähnlich wie bei Schalke 04 oder Kaiserslautern

helfen würden da die Belegschaft von CERES selbst. Denn eine Firma ist auch nicht anders erfolgreich als eine Fußballmannschaft
