Und da gab es Leute die meinten die würden es nicht über einen Split machen lol, siehe meine Ankündigungen der letzten Monate dass das kommen MUSSTE um dem Delisting zu entgehen… Jetzt ist wenigstens wieder Abwärtspotenzial da 😄

Der totale Ausverkauf fand nach dieser Split Aktion bei den US Boys nicht statt. In der Spitze 15% minus zum Schluss 5% minus Schaun wir mal....

Genauer gesagt...... Die Einhaltung der 1,00-$-Gebotsregel muss bis zum 04.05.2022 wiederhergestellt werden. Diese wurde am 06.10.2021 verlängert.

Schlesier es ist schon lang eng und Cyren ist nicht Nasdaq compliant, sie haben nur bis zum April 22 zeit bekommen das wiederherzustellen, wenn das nicht passier, split oder delisting. Ganz einfach :-)
