Dear Mr xy Please note that beyond the documents regarding the opgen Curetis business combination such as the EGM materials and shareholder circular which should answer most of your questions we cannot provide any further details at this stage.  These are all available on our website under www.curetis.com/investors/corporate governance The EGM has approved all resolutions including the distribution of OpGen shares received to Curetis N.V Shareholders post closing, the dissolution and delisting of Curetis NV from Euronext.  Opgen has filed S4 and S3 with the SEC and again these public filings are all we can point to.  Also we cannot at this stage provide any specific guidance as to the BGI coVid test kits. Hallo Zusammen, Ich schreibe heute an curetis Niederlassung Holzgerlingen und bitte um Aufklärung

Wenn ich das richtig verstehe macht man mit der Übernahme und der Aktienumwandlung im Endeffekt Verlust?

Plus die Aktien von OpGen (23.2 Mio.). Dann müssten danach etwa 26 Mio. Im Umlauf sein. Oder ist die Rechnung nicht so einfach?

curetis ist aktuell 24 Mio € wert und erhält dafür 2.66 Mio OPGN aktien (das hat einen aktuellen wert von ca 7.5 Mio $)...

@tycoon, der Umtauschverhältnis curetis zu OPGN ist bereits festgestellt....( Verhältnis habe ich im Moment nicht zur hand) ...aber die Vorteil der Mischverhältnis fällt eindeutig curvetis Aktionäre zu 😎
