CVAC as a primary listing on the NADAQ- before that it was private company - if you buy shares on the Frankfurt boers- you are in the secondary market. CVAC obligations under its listing which is not frankfurt is the USA. Of course you all have the choice to buy on the NASDAQ - but you do not. Curevac can not issue news to German market first- it listed news after both markets were closed- that is what it must do. Now if people invested more than they wanted to- then its tuff- I can sit here and moan about not selling at $120.00 or $90- I do not- i know the regulations and listing requirements
