On April 9, 2025, CYBERGUN announced the development of the situation regarding its subsidiary, VERNEY-CARRON. The company's continuation plan requires financing of €4.5 million. In this context, the city of Saint-Étienne voted to acquire the VERNEY-CARRON premises for approximately €2 million, thus covering a significant portion of the needs. The support of elected officials makes it possible to support a proposed merger with a global arms manufacturer, thus ensuring the sustainability of VERNEY-CARRON and preserving local employment. However, the necessary additional financing remains uncertain. Discussions are continuing with the relevant authorities. If this fails, a divestment plan could be considered, although it would be unfavorable for all parties.

ja hahahaha aber irgendwann erwische ich auch die perfekte Welle. Eigentlich will ich nur ans Meer ziehen und mit dem Rad herum fahren. Begnüge mich derweil mit einem Ferrari 488 Schumi Edition im 1:40 Format 🤣
