Keine Garantie, aber was man noch so findet, gibt es im US-Patentamt auch einen beschleunigten Prüfungsprozess in 12 oder weniger Monaten ab der Anmeldung bis zur finalen Entscheidung. Curtis sagte mal, das Ansuchen wurde im Frühsommer gestellt. Hängt also auch von der Dringlichkeit ab, da Staaten mit drin stecken. Hier geht es nicht einfach um die Erfindung eines Taschentuchs, die Struktur u. das Konstrukt mit den Teilhabenden ist sehr umfassend, 4 Jahre Arbeit erforderte das u. letztlich geht es um Milliarden bis Billionen USD.

Wie lange kann es dauern, bis die Genehmigung durch ist? Aber klingt generell erst einmal vielversprechend.
