Diginex set an 8-for-1 share consolidation for ordinary shares, effective 9:30 a.m. EDT on April 28, 2026. Nasdaq trading will continue under symbol DGNX on a post-split basis. Outstanding ordinary shares are expected to fall to about 29,100,941 from 232,807,527. Board also authorized an increase in authorized share capital to US$200,000, split into 495,000,000 ordinary shares.
