Einzig allein der Ausblick wichtig (der selbstverständlich auch gut aussieht) --> Company currently expects the following for the first quarter of fiscal 2022: Revenue of between $188 million and $192 million Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA2 of between $32 million and $34 million Non-GAAP adjusted EPS1 of $0.31, based on approximately 100 million diluted shares outstanding Please note that the business outlook above incorporates the results of AdColony beginning on April 29, 2021 (the closing date of the acquisition) and the results of Fyber beginning on May 25, 2021 (the closing date of the acquisition).

Im Rahmen des Business Update am 29. April wurden ja schon vorläufige Zahlen kommuniziert. Gibt also relativ wenig Überraschungspotential. Höchstens in Richtung Ausblick und die Integration der Übernahmen.
