Heute gibt es mal wieder ein schönes Beispiel wie irrational und kurzfristig die Börse ist.
Realty Income übernimmt Spirit Realty.
Realty zahlt dafür 0,762 Realty Aktien an Spirit.
Realty hat einen FFO von ca 4$, Spirit hat einen FFO von ca 3,60$.
0,762 Aktien von Reakty bedeuten dann in etwa 3,05$ FFO. Realty bekommt dafür aber 3,60$ FFO von Spirit.
Die Spirit Aktionäre, die bisher von einer Aktie 3,60$ FFO bekommen haben, bekommen somit nach dem Tausch für ihre Anteile nur noch 3,05$ FFO.
Verrückterweise fällt die Realty Income Aktie und steigt die Spirit Realty Aktie.
Warum? Nur weil der Wert der 0,762 Realty Income Aktien ein wenig über den Wert einer Spirit Realty Aktie steht.
Ich glaube als die Dummheit erfunden wurde, wurde auch gleich die Börse eingeführt um die Dummen abzuzocken.

Ich habe eine Position Johnson & Johnson eröffnet und werde Bristol Myers Squibb nachkaufen. Dividende bei letzterem jetzt fast bei 4,5% 😛

Genau. Sehr zuverlässiger Dividendenzahlet. Eher ein Geheimtipp.
Viermal im Jahr 50 Cent.
Kein Papierkram wegen Quellensteuer, wird voll angerechnet da Sitz in Luxemburg

Für mich jedenfalls.
Wenn das mit der Pipeline für Wasserstoff klappt geht die ab.
