CEO Update on April 18, 2016 Dear Shareholders, I hope you are all enjoying the spring. It has been warm and sunny in Vancouver these last few weeks and we’ve been getting the gardens ready. I like to relieve work stress and recharge at the end of the day by planting vegetables -- looking forward to a great crop of carrots this year. More importantly though, below is an update of what’s going on at the studio with a focus this month on Cumul8 in the forestry sector and the ReelHouse new Virtual Reality Channel. Cumul8’s Growth in Forestry I want to spend a bit of time describing where we are at in the development cycle for what I believe to be the growth leader for Cumul8 this year. We are designing and coding for our clients in hospitality, transportation, entertainment and forestry. These clients are keeping us very busy and our biggest push is in forestry as it is a big and lucrative market where our product is gaining tremendous traction. We have been able to leverage our partnership with The Bid Group to expanded opportunities and reach deeper into the forestry sector. That expansion is happening because we are creating a "connected mill" for Bid’s clients. Through Bid’s access to equipment and customers, we have proven that our visual data platform can move data from sensors, to the cloud, and then provide the live analytic connection from the data to all levels of the organization. From a single machine, to a single mill, to multiple mills, the equipment is connected to the board room by a series of high speed machines used in transforming raw logs into wood products. Each of these sensors help tell the story of what is happening through the process of loading that log from the yard and then eventually pulling out a graded board for building. Now that the data is collected and connected, it is helping to vastly increase the operational performance by saving money and increasing volume. The areas of a mill we break out into modules for our staged development schedule are as follows: Stage 1: Green end sensors through to sorter. This is working now. Stage 2: Dry end tilt bin through planer through grade x. We are working on this now because this aspect will bring understanding to the “black box” of grading wood. This also leads to getting a more accurate sense of the boards at the end of the process and higher grades gather higher revenue. Stage 3: Kiln - in and out of kiln. This will be our third and final area of development. The concept of the connected mill is basically that Cumul8 follows the sensors, the flow and the wood to give mill management power. Today we have completed coding the first stage (Green end sensors) tool and are deploying into our first mill. The next two stages will come on­line following this. We are working with The Bid Group to install this technology in all of their clients with new mills. Once that is complete, we start working with their list of existing clients to show how our remote monitor tool set can be easily installed into completed mills. From a revenue perspective, each module is charged yearly per mill. As I mentioned above, we are installing our first remote tool for the green end and from this point, that install becomes a working example for other mills. With the working software, we have the ability to load it onto a traveling computer and show live solutions, we call Virtual Machines (“VM”). We use the VM to show new clients and new mills, working software with test data to keep our clients privacy. We will be growing this forestry team within Cumul8 to support what we believe will be our largest growth for Cumul8 in 2016. Vancouver is an active market for tech companies but we have the right ideas around culture and product and continue to attract good people. Vancouver also happens to be located in the heart of the forestry sector. Reelhouse Virtual Reality Channel The team is off to Tribeca film festival in New York. With our new VR focused content channel, they are getting more attention and meeting requests. Post Tribeca, we will see another increase in VR films on the site. Some current comparable stats on the organic growth of our Reelhouse distribution site: Users for Month of March year over year: March 2015: 54,390 March 2016: 85,434 (+57.7% increase) Sessions for Month of March (session is when a user visits and stays on the site) March 2015: 78,748 March 2016: 111,725 (+41.9% increase) Viewers visit an average of 6.2 pages per session which means that they are exploring and staying on the site for longer. VR channel: Over 1,000 users have visited our VR pages since it has launched last month 18 VR films are currently on the dedicated channel 5 more VR films will be up by next week and more films post Tribeca Overall, this has been a great month between: Returning from the Roth conference and seeing we are in an unique new market, Returning from a forestry conference and seeing we are the only solution for taking raw sensor data into a world of true analytics, Installing our first forestry module and completing our Virtual Machine sales too (to speed up the sales process), and Successfully launching the Reelhouse VR channel. Q1 sehe ich ebenfalls für aussagekräftiger. Ich frage mich nur was passiert wenn die Zahlen nicht das liefern was wir sehen wollen. Dann stehen wir vermutlich bis Jahresende bei 0,09€. Sollte Q1 jedoch der Break Even erreicht sein, dann gehts ganz schnell nach oben :) Also Hop oder Top - "ES" bleibt spannend.

interessanter werden einen Monat später die Q1 Zahlen , dann sehen wir , ob ES auf dem richtigen Weg ist . Anzahl der Beschäftigten würden mich auch interessieren .

Der Einzigste der bisher hier verdient hat war ein gewisser Herr AM, der die Aktie kurz gepushed hat.

Spätestens am 29.04.kommen Zahlen und einen Monat später bereits die Q1 Zahlen. Spätestens dort sollte ein Break even erkennbar sein. Das wäre schon mal ein Paukenschlag. Denn dann wüsste man das Eight auch weiterhin seine Angestellten bezahlen kann und weiter entwickelt wird. Denn spätestens wenn das Geld alle ist, arbeitet dort auch keiner mehr. Sollte jedem bewusst sein. Ich hoffe und glaube dran, dass Eight 2016 noch in den positiven Bereich dreht. Zumindest was den Break even angeht

Genau trendfolger! Und wenn erst zu Weihnachten bescherung ist. +-0 wäre gut, dann weiterlaufen lassen. .....hoffentlich verkünden die Jungs halt mal n paar Kunden. Die Zahlen sind vorhersehbar, daher bewegt sich der Kurs nicht gegen norden.....Seitwärtsbewegung bis zum Herbst. Heißt vernünftigerweise eight aus allen watchlists zu nehmen und einfach geduldig und entspannt sein. Ma gucken

Ich warte auch noch zwei Jahre. Irgendwann kommt schon der Gewinn. Solange die noch Leute einstellen und Stellenausschreibungen veröffentlichen gehe ich davon aus das noch Geld verhanden ist und noch gearbeiet wird.

Sehr traurig das alles

Bh ä bleibt nur zu hoffen. , dass sich die Geduldsprobe sich irgendwann auszahlt/lohnt.

Die Zahlen stehen spätestens Ende April an und ich bekomme es allmählich mit der Angst zu tun. Angst davor, dass so manche Anleger das Handtuch schmeißen und der Kurs dadurch mal ganz schnell auf 0,15 oder tiefer abkacken kann. Das Ding hier ist die härteste Geduldsprobe meines Lebens an der börse.

Bei diesem unterirdischen Volumen, ganz klar!
