Dear Shareholders, as you may know, we have had challenges in getting our filings completed, and are in the process of completing our year-end 2019 annual report. We will be press releasing in the next few days our new target date for filing. We will also be filing an MCTO (Management cease trade order) which is only restricting insiders from buying and selling until the year-end 2019 audit is filed. Again, both the Auditors and Ionic Brands have been short-handed due to COVID, we have all experienced this with our commercial banks, insurance providers, credit card providers, etc. We are now allowed to bring all people back to work as of June, 8th 2020.

In accordance with the Instrument, the Company intends to file its Annual Filings no later than the extended deadline, as permitted under the Instrument, of June 15, 2020.

four_twenty,....ich muss jetzt noch darüber lachen, zum Glück war das keine Minenaktie an der Nasdaq OTC, aber stimmt FSD lief gut gestern und das schöne ist die nächste Kerze ist zwischen 08.06. und 08.07. vorprogrammiert!
