Die Entscheidung um Europcar wie es weitergeht dauert aber lange wie lange könnte es denn noch dauern hat jemand mal Erfahrungen gemacht mit so einer Übernahme?

Europcar's Caa1 CFR is strongly positioned reflecting Moody's expectation that the company's operating performance will continue to improve over the next 12-18 months, leading to credit metrics and a liquidity profile commensurate with a B3 CFR. The likely acquisition of the company by a consortium led by Volkswagen AG (VW, A3), will further enhance the company's standalone credit quality. At the same time, the rating is constrained by the subdued demand for car rental services due to coronavirus which will keep volume depressed until 2023 as well as the negative free cash flow generation expected through 2022.
