Der Punkt ist, dass wir in jeder Hinsicht hinterherhinken. Das Management von Evotec hat kein Charisma und mangelhafte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Sie arbeiten jetzt für MAK, und wir können nur hoffen, dass MAK lediglich einen höheren Aktienkurs anstrebt. Ich persönlich hoffe einfach, dass Triton alles für 7 Euro bekommt und das Management entlässt.
Dann schau dir die Ergebnisse der HV an, das sieht anders aus: Nicht vergessen: Lanthaler bekam 2024 nur rund 53 % Zustimmung bei der Entlastung – faktisch ein Misstrauensvotum der Aktionäre. Zwei Jahre später erhält CEO Wojczewski 90,91 % Zustimmung. Trotz Restrukturierung, Horizon und MAK-Druck scheint die Governance-Diskussion damit weitgehend beendet. Jetzt geht es nicht mehr um Vertrauen, sondern um operative Ergebnisse und die Wertfreisetzung bei J.E.B. 🚀
