Versteh ich nicht. Ich mach das opt-out und bekomme vielleicht was oder nicht. Und wenn ich es nicht mache verfallen die aktien wertlos?

First, the Plan contains a nonconsensual third-party release, which is prohibited under the Supreme Court’s ruling in Harrington v. Purdue Pharma L.P., 144 S.Ct. 2071 (2024). Ich hab noch nicht rausfinden können was damit bezweckt wird, ich versteh den Sinn dahinter einfach nicht. Mir ist das neu, hatte noch nie einen Fall. Bin zum ersten Mal damit konfrontiert, 🤷🏻‍♀️
