I am going to contact both Lang & Schwartz and Clearstream personally. I have worked on Wall St. for 25 years and I’ve never heard of Trade Republic. It was never our intention for our stock to trade in Germany. I am trying to help solve this problem, but I still don’t understand why our investors in Germany wouldn’t want to trade our shares on the NYSE like everyone else on earth. Thank you for being a shareholder, Stefan. I understand your frustration, but let’s be very clear about the issue here. FREYR has never committed to listing on any stock exchange other than the NYSE. The brokers in Germany have listed our stock for trading without either our consent or involvement. I am baffled as to why so many investors in Germany purposely decided that they would rather not trade our shares on the world’s deepest and most easily accessible stock exchange, but that is a story for another time. Our folks have reached out to Clearstream, and they have been wholly uncooperative. I wish some of our investors in Germany would share their disappointment with the orchestrators of this situation.
