Mit G2 gibt es einen enormen Wertezuwachs. Also was soll’s KE wird wenn überhaupt nur einen kurzen Impact haben, wie die letzte im November. Danach ging es auch Teil aufwärts!

Kapitalerhöhung voraus? Sehen andere ähnlich das die Tage eine KE kommt? Frage ist in meinen Augen eigentlich nur zu welchem Kurs und rechne mit 7,50 Dollar was ca 32-33 Millionen an Aktien entsprechen würde plus evtl für die Übernahme 5 Millionen Aktien um den den Kaufpreis zu stemmen

T1 Energy is attending 16th Annual Roth Investor Conference in London (June 16th – 18th, 2026). Hearing feedback that there's tremendous institutional investor interest.
Also the strategic financing package is making great progress and still targeted to close before the end of June.
