habe auch noch einmal die offizielle Lizenz und Dienstleistungsvereinbarung zwischen 24M und Freyr herausgesucht. welche bei der SEC hinterlegt ist. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1844224/000121390021024957/fs42021a1ex10-3_freyrbattery.htm Ist vielleicht auch kein Zufall, dass Freyr nach Delaware Ende des Jahres umziehen möchte. Der Hauptsitz von 24M Technologies, Inc ist zwar in Cambridge (bei Boston), aber eingetragen ist das Unternehmen ebenfalls in Delaware. Lässt schon wieder mal viel Raum für Spekulationen. Gegen eine positive Überraschung hätte ich nichts einzuwenden und macht die Story von Freyr weiter sehr spannend
Interessant wie selbstbewusst hier die 24M ETOP Technologie, konkurrenzfähig zu CATL/BYD dargestellt wird. Leider fehlt noch eine Zahl zur Energiedichte. Freyr hat meines Wissens die 24M Basistechnologie lizensiert (24M Semisolid LFP). Das neue 24M ETOP scheint darüber hinauszugehen, und wäre damit erstmal noch nicht in Freyrs Lizenz enthalten. Bin gespannt auf den call am Donnerstag was dazu gesagt wird. 👍
