Ross Brown weist darauf hin, dass viel zu wenig darüber gesprochen wird, dass es technisch ziemlich schwierig ist eine börsengehandelte company auf tokenized umzusetzen - viel einfacher dagegen ist es, wenn diese company aus bankruptcy heraus reorganized wird: hier ist eine direkte Tokenization der NewCo ohne weitere Umstände möglich.
