Die Hearings waren heute. Spurious war im Court und hat berichtet, dass alle claims, die heute zu besprechen waren, entweder erledigt oder verschoben sind. Und obwohl es also nichts zu besprechen gab, gab es dennoch einen interessanten Austausch mit dem Judge, von dem Spurious hier berichtet: a lawyer representing the Bed, Bath Estate was talking directly to the judge and explaining that many of the matters left to schedule in time would be resolved over time BUT THAT THE COMPANY INTENDED TO EMERGE FIRST (!!!). The judge was in agreement with him, it was about timing/scheduling matters a few weeks out. They were hashing out what should come when, and Emergence was apparently a given in the equation they were discussing. Das sind good news!!!
