@Grayskull was man so hört, ist , dass die wohl noch nichts machen können/wollen, da Clearstream diese ADRs noch nicht freigibt. Trotzdem, die Hoffnung ist langsam wieder bisschen da, dass es doch noch gut ausgehen kann, und jetzt heißt es einfach mal 2 - 3 Wochen mal abwarten.

Ich würde jetzt meine Depotbank damit beauftragen den Umtausch durchzuführen oder vorzumerken, so hätte man den Ball dem Broker zugespielt.

Die russischen Medien schreiben doch auch nicht was die Russen denken. Dort stand bestimmt 5 Tage vor Kriegsbeginn noch, dass man nicht angreifen wolle.

Was für eine Rolle spielt es, ob ein Land angrenzt oder nicht? Unser Einmarsch in Polen war doch auch nicht in Ordnung nur weil es ein Nachbarland war oder siehst du das anders? Dass die Androhung von Gewalt gegen die salomonen falsch ist, ist richtig nur gibt es einen Unterschied zwischen Androhung von Gewalt, dem nicht ausschließen von Gewalt und einer tatsächlichen militäraktion. China schließt auch keine Gewalt gegen Taiwan aus. Spielt auch eine Rolle, ob solche Aussagen von einen relativ niedrigen Beamten kommt oder vom Präsidenten oder zumindest irgendwelchen Ministern. Vergleichst hier schon Äpfel mit birnen.

@Grayskull wie interpretierst du das jetzt, der 31.Mai. Müssen die bis dahin schon umgetauscht werden? Oder erst danach? Das versteh ich nicht ganz.

@Grayskull damit ist ja eigentlich alles gesagt. Jetzt muss die Verwahrstelle Clearstream nur noch ein C-Konto in Russland eröffnen, und dann können unsere Broker den Umtausch in Stammaktien anfordern, und dies kann Clearstream dann über das russische Konto machen. So bekommen wir unsere Stammaktien ins Depot.

ADR würde ich sagen: Njet. Bei den Originalaktien weiss ich noch nicht.

Gazprom Depositary Receipts to be Delisted on May 31 Public Joint Stock Company Gazprom expected the delisting of its depositary receipts to take effect on May 31, 2022 the company said in a statement. In compliance with the Federal Law No. 114-FZ dated April 16, 2022 on Amendments to the Federal Law on Joint Stock Companies and Certain Acts of Law of the Russian Federation that has taken effect in Russia, Gazprom is required to terminate its Deposit Agreement with The Bank of New York Mellon under which depositary receipts representing shares in the company are placed. The receipt-to-share conversion right only applies to DR holders as at April 27, 2022. Hat schon jemand eine Idee wie wir zu einem Depot und einem Konto in Russland kommen?

So habe ich das auch gemeint, dass ich mir nicht vorstellen kann,dass Russland alle ausländischen Investoren aus dem Aktienmarkt raus haben möchte.
