@Grayskull wie interpretierst du das jetzt, der 31.Mai. Müssen die bis dahin schon umgetauscht werden? Oder erst danach? Das versteh ich nicht ganz.

@Grayskull damit ist ja eigentlich alles gesagt. Jetzt muss die Verwahrstelle Clearstream nur noch ein C-Konto in Russland eröffnen, und dann können unsere Broker den Umtausch in Stammaktien anfordern, und dies kann Clearstream dann über das russische Konto machen. So bekommen wir unsere Stammaktien ins Depot.

ADR würde ich sagen: Njet. Bei den Originalaktien weiss ich noch nicht.

Gazprom Depositary Receipts to be Delisted on May 31 Public Joint Stock Company Gazprom expected the delisting of its depositary receipts to take effect on May 31, 2022 the company said in a statement. In compliance with the Federal Law No. 114-FZ dated April 16, 2022 on Amendments to the Federal Law on Joint Stock Companies and Certain Acts of Law of the Russian Federation that has taken effect in Russia, Gazprom is required to terminate its Deposit Agreement with The Bank of New York Mellon under which depositary receipts representing shares in the company are placed. Receipt holders have a right to convert them into ordinary shares in Gazprom. Receipt holders have a right to convert them into ordinary shares in Gazprom. The receipt-to-share conversion right only applies to DR holders as at April 27, 2022. After the receipts are converted into shares, the holders of securities have a right to claim unpaid dividends in the manner prescribed by Federal Law No. 208-FZ on Joint Stock Companies. Gazprom exercised its right under the Law and applied to the Russian government requesting that circulation of the receipts outside the Russian Federation continue, but the request was rejected on April 28, 2022. Given the enactment of the Law and termination of the DR programs, on April 29, 2022, Gazprom notified the Financial Conduct Authority of its intention to cancel standard listing of the DRs representing shares in the Company in the London Stock Exchange Official List and requested that the Exchange delist the DRs no later than in 20 working days.

Hat schon jemand eine Idee wie wir zu einem Depot und einem Konto in Russland kommen?

So habe ich das auch gemeint, dass ich mir nicht vorstellen kann,dass Russland alle ausländischen Investoren aus dem Aktienmarkt raus haben möchte.

Wenn es wirklich zum Zwangsverkauf kommen würde,dann wären auch alle ausländischen Investoren aus den russischen Firmen raus. Ob man das in Russland so möchte.....

Ich bin wie gesagt auch in Lukoil, da läuft die Frist am 30. Dezember aus.ich hoffe es gibt.bis dann eine Lösung.

Bis es ein Zwangsverkauf nötig wäre dauert es ein Jahr. Die BNY müsste dann zu aktuellem Kurs in Moskau verkaufen. Würfelt sie da einen Kurs hagelt es Klagen und nicht hier in unserer Bananenrepublik, sondern in der wunderschönen USA, wo die Gerichte etwas anders drauf sind.

Einen Zwangsverkauf wird es nicht geben. Das lässt Russland nicht zu. Vor allem aber werden sich die Banken etwas einfallen lassen (müssen). Im Grunde sollte es jetzt schon kein Problem sein. Die Bank muss lediglich ein Depot bei einer nicht sanktionierten russischen Bank eröffnen. Daher muss man Druck ausüben.
