Trump: Gold will not be tariffed
United States President Donald Trump declared on Truth Social on Monday that "gold will not be tariffed." Last week, it was reported that Washington had placed a tariff on 1-kilogram gold bars, resulting in an increase in gold futures price, which briefly hit an all-time high on Friday.
In addition, it was unclear whether the 39% duty the Washington had previously imposed on Switzerland applied to that country's gold exports to the US.
Gold fell 1.31% at 1:41 pm ET to trade for $3,353.58 per ounce.

Titan80: Ich hatte schon Gold da hat die Domain "boersenews" noch "Unister" (Google hilft) gehört und war bei uns für alle Kunden komplett geblockt

Wenn das stimmen sollte, ist das schon der Hammer. Eine Quelle von 2024 beschreibt den Goldbestand so "Weltweit wurden bis heute rund 208.874 Tonne Gold gefördert." Wenn dort wirklich 320.000 Tonnen mehr vorhanden sind wäre das schon Wahnsinn.
