Now, BarX has a total 1600 acres but can only utilize 80 of it for revenue. Not good. So, in comes Triangle Canna. Who is Triangle Canna? This is a new company formed last December by Jedediah Morris. Our partner at BarX and owner of Green Matter. So Halo and Green Matter both buy a 44% stake in Triangle, effectively increasing their capacity at BarX by nearly double, leaving Jedidiah Morris the remaining 12% as personal ownership.
