Und jetzt ein erster Erfolg für die “zukünftige” Everfuel Norway Retail AS H2Fuel Norway AS, wie das Unternehmen noch firmiert, hat bei einer öffentlichen Ausschreibung den Zuschlag erhalten vom Klima Büro der Stadt Oslo als einziger geeigneter Kandidat. Als Ergebnis kann man ein Grundstück in  Kjelsrud (Oslo) anmieten, um eine Wasserstofftankstelle zu errichten. Bereits das Gebot wurde in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Everfuel verfasst und abgegeben.

ISIN: NO0010081235) informierte am 25,11, über eine Neuordnung seiner Aktivitäten in Norwegen. Und als Ergebnis soll die Nel Beteiligung Everfuel (ISIN: DK0061414711) sich um den Betrieb und den Ausbau von Wasserstoffinfrastrukturen und Tankstellen kümmern. Mit dem Zielmarkt Norwegen. Natürlich unter Verwendung von Nel-Technologie. Deshalb gibt  Nel eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung  an seiner derzeitigen 100%-Tochter H2 Fuel Norway AS  an Everfuel ab – Abschluss noch dieses Jahr geplant. Und dann soll diese Tochter unter dem Namen Everfuel Norway Retail AS firmieren. Dabei ist das erklärte Ziel. eine norwegenweite H2-Infrastruktur zu schaffen.
