Ich weiß nicht was ich da antworten soll. Gehandelt werden täglich sowenige Stücke das sagt doch gar nix aus. Zudem wurden ja die shareholders erneuert also die größten Aktionäre. In Summe halten die 17.000 Aktien weniger also nicht der Rede wert und ziemlich hin und her geschoben von daher ist da nicht viel passiert.

Wir müssen jetzt nur noch herausfinden, warum Neverfuel bis Nachmittags im Plus war, und ungefähr mit dieser Meldung verkackt. Findest Du das nicht auch komisch?

Everfuel is pleased to announce that the transaction establishing the JV has been completed, enabling the JV to commence financing the development of electrolyser capacity across the Nordics with a special emphasis on servicing the rapidly growing market within the EU. Everfuel owns 51% of the JV and Hy24-managed Clean Hydrogen Infrastructure Fund holds 49%. Everfuels HySynergy Phase 1 flagship project is the first acquisition by the JV with total transaction sum of EUR 26.9 and a debt free asset value of EUR 44.9 million. As part of the transaction structure a loan will be provided to the JV which will be used to reimburse the loan from European Investment Bank (EIB). The acquisition creates a framework model for an expanding portfolio of projects and opportunities in the Nordic region and is effective from 29 September 2023. “We can now step up on making green hydrogen commercially available through development of strategically located hydrogen production facilities. Hy24’s has already proven to be the ideal partner and co-investor for Everfuel. Together we will develop green hydrogen infrastructure needed to serve rapidly growing demand from industry and mobility across our core markets to deliver on our long-term plan for growth and value creation.” says Jacob Krogsgaard, founder and CEO of Everfuel. “Deploying green hydrogen is key for the energy transition to succeed. Ja aber wieso sollte ich das tun 😂 das Risiko ist doch irre und deshalb sollte jeder eine kleine Summe alle profitieren und gut is. Ich kauf mir ja auch keine immobilien nur in der Spekulation die teuer weiter zu verkaufen. Weil dann wäre alles in einem Projekt.

Ja, aber das will keiner. Und die Stücke aus dem Freiverkehr fliegen raus .... WENN Du richtig liegst, müsstest Du jetzt "All in". Oder?

Ja der Kurs ist bei so wenigen Aktien sehr manipulativ. Aber würde eine Firma jetzt Everfuel eine solche Beteiligung anbieten wenn der Verkehrswert so niedrige wäre. Wenn hier irgendwer 1% der Aktien kaufen will liegen wir ganz wo anders

Mach es. Zeig mal. Das Ding wird schon geshortet. Immer mit wenig Umsatz und auch manipulativ, da hast Recht. Aber es finden sich immer neue Verkäufer, auch wenn 13.55 Brief im Momentum stimmen mag. Es macht aber niemand, seit Wochen nicht. Und Du kannst nicht leugnen: es gibt nur eine Richtung ⬇️

Ja dann schau mal oslo, Wenn ich jetzt mehr wie 1.500 Aktien kaufen will bezahle ich 13,55 Nok. Was bedeutet das wohl?
