The market believed 2026 was the year to return to growth. The growth engine RTE is not growing. Buy backs is the last prio. If they could do buy backs and invest in the product and growth they would have done that. Probably there is not enough cash. The cash is down from 500m 2025 to 211m 2026. This is due buy back, leasing, FX etc. FX affected 48m in 2025.
Interest Coverage: This is the big red flag. Their Interest Coverage Ratio (their ability to pay interest on their debt using their earnings) has dropped to a precarious 0.5x. Translation: A healthy company usually has a ratio above 3.0x. Being at 0.5x suggests their current earnings aren't even covering the interest payments on their loans, forcing them to dip into cash reserves or cut costs aggressively.
Richter hat ja mehrmals gekauft. Irgendwas um 7€ usw. und hat die verpfändet. Die Bank wird ja nicht danke sagen, sondern die zusätzliche Nachsicherung fordern. Das wird den schon ins Schwitzen bringen, es sind ja nicht nur ein paar€ . Kurs hat sich mal eben halbiert. Wenn das so bleibt höre ich schon den Knall.
