Ja die fda wird dafür jetzt sorgen, dass diese abnehmpillen und spritzen nicht mehr von hims vertrieben werden dürfen...ich werde nachher auch alle anteile verkaufen, klar eine pleite droht nicht aber es werden 400-500 Millionen Umsatz wegfallen. Die ganze Klagegeschichte wird auch locker noch mal 200-300 Millionen verschlingen. Ich denke das wird so enden wie mit Teladoc..überleben ja aber das Unternehmen wird unbedeutend. Jetzt mit TrumpRX ist zusätzlich noch ein Konkurrent auf dem Markt.

FDA wird das Compounding schnellstens abdrehen. Der SAFE Drugs Act wird kommen und Novo Nordisk und die Aktionäre von Hims selbst werden klagen.

Mal ne Frage an die alten Hasen hier: Wie bewertet ihr die Situation nach dem FDA-Statement? Ich bin tatsächlich zum ersten Mal geneigt, meine Anteile abzustoßen.
