Right now, we are focusing on two things. First, is the development of Karma product in the US and second, is getting the stock unhalted. There's no way around this OSC review process and we really hope that we are in the final stage of the review. It's been an extensive process, we don't think and have also been counselled that diverting additional resources will not provide any outcome other than what can be achieved by working and cooperating with the OSC...

@everyone Dear All, We understand the frustration. We are frustrated as well. We want the stock to unhalt as much as all of you, in fact even more, and we are working hard towards achieving this. The best way to reach our goal is to cooperate with the OSC and provide clarifications every time they have a comment on the submissions made. We have addressed their recent comments on our Q2 filings and are waiting for their approval. As it's become a pattern for the OSC to comment on our interim filings, for Q3 we intend to submit our interim financial statements and MD&A to the OSC for their review before filing it on SEDAR+. We continue to work towards getting the stock unhalted and will try our best to have some positive response before the scheduled AGM. We have been very transparent and respectful of all our stakeholders and will continue to provide regular updates. Your patience and cooperation is highly appreciated...

Official Launch nach derzeitiger Timeline Jänner, aber Produkt sowohl für IOS und Android noch in der Betaphase und inwieweit die SDG's im Kartenprogramm integriert sein werden, wird man dann sicher irgendwie erfahren.

Oh man, aber @Cris11 dachte im Januar ist offizieller start? Vor paar Monaten hat es geheißen im Dezember?

Aber wer weiss, ob es nicht doch nächstes Jahr wird, denn heuer könnte man es noch abschreiben 😉

Wenn man die schlechte Aktienmarktlage (makroökonomisch betrachtet) weglässt und die ihre neuen Timelines einhalten, wäre es tatsächlich ein guter Zeitpunkt ab Mitte Dez. für einen Handelsstart. Aber vollständig ist das Produkt dann auch im Jänner noch nicht.

Und am Ende der Scheibe fällt man runter. Ohne Falschirm fällt man weit🤣
