ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTS WITH CARLSBAD NATURALS LLC The asset purchase agreement among Isodiol International Inc., Iso International LLC and Carlsbad Naturals LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, and the asset purchase agreement among the company, Iso International and Carlsbad Naturals LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, have been terminated as a result of Carlsbad New Mexico and Carlsbad Wyoming's failure to perform their respective obligations under the agreements, including the obligation to transfer to the company the intellectual properties, brands and other assets that formed the subject matter of the transactions. The transactions relating to these asset purchase agreements were announced and described in the company's news release dated Feb. 14, 2019. The company is working with its professional advisers to unwind the transactions.

Hab auch nichts gefunden... ich glaub nicht das Schicht ist! Warum sollten sie sich sonst grad auf einer Messe präsentieren und versuchen eine Lizenz für México zu bekommen. Der ganze Canna Markt ist ein auf und ab. Solange keine News veröffentlich wird, dass sie pleite sind, wird es weiter gehen! Mal sehen was die nächsten q zahlen sagen

Super schwierig einzuschätzen. Ich schaue selber nur noch von der Seite zu. Erstmal den Sommer abwarten und sehen was Ende des Jahres passiert. Der Kurs spiegelt in meinen Augen mal gar nicht den Wert des Unternehmens wieder

Ich verstehe das bis heute nicht... Sie haben seitdem einige gute Veränderungen umgesetzt. Erholt haben sie sich trotzdem nicht. Habe Verluste realisiert und lasse das Geld nun an anderer Stelle wieder wachsen
